My strongest convictions come from family values, and the belief that through education, hard work and perseverance, anything is possible. I was born in the state of Sinaloa Mexico but grew up in the border city of Mexicali Baja California. When I was 14 years old, my family and I migrated to the United States, more specifically to the city of Bell Gardens California. While attending Cerritos College, I landed a job at an aerospace company and because of that opportunity, I was able to buy my first home and get exposed to the benefits, pride and enjoyment that comes from owning Real estate at the age of 23. With that experience of owning our first home, I became fascinated with Real Estate. At the age of 27 I bought my first investment property, and although I had some issues with that property, those issues later turned into valuable lessons. Today I own a duplex and have a full understanding of Tenants’ rights, and Landlords’ responsibilities, along with what it takes to really reap the benefits of investment properties.
