Originally from Columbus, Ohio after spending 6 years in the U.S. Navy, working for the department of Housing and Urban Development. And getting a degree in business administration from Franklin University. Billie moved to Orange County California in 1987. Starting in 1989 he was employed as a nurse case manager primarily working with the adolescent population. All of this history enhanced communication skills necessary for the practice of real estate. Billie received his California real estate license in 2006.

Initially, his focus was on working with residential buyers/sellers, switching to commercial real estate in 2014 focused on retail/restaurant lease-purchase sector. Billie likes anything having to do with real estate, especially with the almost daily changes in the profession. likes reading about and viewing architecture from mid-century modern to Sears house kits. he has been with Quality Real Estate OC since 7/2019 and presently resides in Long Beach.
